I have been using Rosavin for several years now. I take one capsule a day i.e., 150 mg. I typically work 10-12 hours a day in a stressful environment. I have high energy, sleep better and attriubute some of each to Rosavin, especially my increased energy. I do not wake up feeling tired though admittedly I get less than 7 hrs. of sleep at night. How do I know it works? I don't feel the same if I miss using it two days straight. The formulas indicate that it can be taken up to three times a day and there is a higher available capsule dosage of 300 mg. Haven't tried either instance as 150 mg. as I haven't felt the need to (less of a good thing can be more in the long haul). I definitely recommend it to everyone without any reservations whatsoever. I use Ameriden solely now after having used other brands initially. It's super! I could have told Dr. Oz first...

Re. your stated 3% Rosavins & 1% salidroside -- what constitutes the other ingredients? What is the difference in the amount of rosavins in the 100 vs. 150 mg. tablets? And what is salidroside?

Thank you.

Buttler, Rhodiola rosea is great if you actually find the real stuf. Real Siberian Rhodiola rosea is an adaptogen which means it forces your body to deal with emotional and physical stress temporaily. It’s not a medication, but a natural extract. The net totally confuses people. I followed the doctors that used it in trials with patients found in the Herbalgram 2000 edition. Here’s a link http://content.herbalgram.org/abc/herbalgram/articleview.asp?a=2371 I use this stuff personally and had remarkable memory improvement. Notice the clinicals never mentioned contraindications with any drugs. Checking further it looks like it helps other drugs work better. Which brands have you tried?

I have heard a lot about this extract. Can you give me more information? Can I take it with my other meds? Zoloft,Wellbutrin,Lexapro & Lithium? I really need to find a natural product that will help me at least get over the side effects from these meds. Does it really give you more energy? Exactly how does it do this? I hope someone can answer soon.
Thanks.

Can anyone explain exactly what this Rhodiola stuff does??? I have read many different opinions and am confused. How much do you take? Is it considered medication?
If you take it on a regular basis then stop are there side effects?
I am looking for a product that will help me overcome fatigue, stress & anxiety.
