Proteins:

FUNGAL PROTEASE: Activities Induces Cellular Activation As the name implies, these enzymes break down proteins. The listing is divided by the source of the enzyme, animal, fungal, bacterial.

ALPHA GALACTOSIDASE: This enzyme is a homodimeric glycoprotein that hydrolyses the terminal alpha-galactosyl moieties from glycolipids and glycoproteins. It predominantly hydrolyzes ceramide trihexoside, and it can catalyze the hydrolysis of melibiose into galactose and glucose.

PAPAIN: is a cysteine protease enzyme present in the tropical fruit papaya. Its utility is in breaking down tough meat fibers.
