Traditional & Current Uses:
This enzyme complex is very comprehensive and contains many powerful enzymes that can assist in a host of enzyme deficiencies. Each of the enzymes and there specific benefits are listed below.
Proteins:
FUNGAL PROTEASE: Activities Induces Cellular Activation As the name implies, these enzymes break down proteins. The listing is divided by the source of the enzyme, animal, fungal, bacterial.
ALPHA GALACTOSIDASE: This enzyme is a homodimeric glycoprotein that hydrolyses the terminal alpha-galactosyl moieties from glycolipids and glycoproteins. It predominantly hydrolyzes ceramide trihexoside, and it can catalyze the hydrolysis of melibiose into galactose and glucose.
PAPAIN: is a cysteine protease enzyme present in the tropical fruit papaya. Its utility is in breaking down tough meat fibers. Papain, in the form of a meat tenderizer made into a paste with water, is also a home remedyhome remedy treatment for jellyfish, bee, yellow jacket (wasps) stings, mosquito bites, and possibly stingray wounds, breaking down the protein toxins in the venom.
BROMELAIN: Along with papain, bromelain is one of the most popular substances to use for meat tenderizing. Bromelain is present in all parts of the pineapple plant.
PEPTIDASE: Breaks down proteins.
Sugars:
GLUCOAMYLASE: Maltase-glucoamylase, intestinal is an enzyme. Maltase-glucoamylase is a saccharide digestive enzyme. It is existed mainly in mucosa and its function is to hydrolysis maltose, beta-limit dextrins and some kind of cyclodextrins.
CELLULASE & HEMICELLULASE: Any of several enzymes produced chiefly by fungi, bacteria, and protozoans that catalyze the hydrolysis of cellulose.
INVERTASE: is an enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis (breakdown) of sucrose (table sugar). The resulting mixture of fructose and glucose is called inverted sugar syrup.
FUNGAL AMYLASE: This enzyme breaks down starch or glycogen and reduces the viscosity of starch by breaking down the bonds at random therefore producing varied sized chains of glucose.
MALT DIASTASE: is an enzyme which catalyzes the breakdown of starch into maltose.
Fats:
LIPASE: A water-soluble enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ester chemical bonds in water-insoluble lipid substrates. Lipases perform essential roles in the digestion, transport and processing of dietary lipids (e.g. triglycerides, fats, oils) in most, if not all, living organisms.
Vegetables:
PECTINASE: pectinase enzymes are commonly used in processes involving the degradation of plant materials, such as speeding up the extraction of fruit juice from fruit, including apples and sapota. Pectinases have also been used in wine production.
XYLANASE: helps breaking down hemicellulose, one of the major components of plant cell walls. Additionally, xylanases are present in fungi for the degradation of plant matter into usable nutrients.
SERRATIOPEPTIDASE: is an anti-inflammatory agent that can be used to pacify mild to moderate pain and inflammation. Additionally, serratiopeptidase helps to reduce fluid retention and helps to breaks down complex sputum molecules into smaller, more fragmented pieces of lower viscosity.
