Our representatives strive to provide everyone with "Great Customer Service". They are knowledgeable about Ameriden's product line and will assist you in making the choice that best suits your specific needs. Your questions are always welcomed, and our representatives will do their best to go the "extra mile" to help you. Rest assured; your privacy is and will always be respected.
Our Customer Service Representatives are here to serve you Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) excluding the following observed Holidays: Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day, July 4th, Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday and Friday of November, Christmas (December 25th) and New Year's Eve Day and New Year’s Day (January 1st). If you need help after business hours email us at tmh@ameriden.com or simply call and leave a message and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you in person the next business day.
