Should I give my child supplements? This is a question every parent asks. On the one hand we are told that a well balanced diet gives you everything you need. Supplements and vitamins for kids will help ensure that your children are getting enough nutrients, but don't give up on him/her eating a healthy diet. Continue to offer healthy choices at every meal. Be patient, a child may need to be exposed to a new food ten or more times before accepting it.
