 Ameriden's primary shipping option within the United States of America (USA) is Standard shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS), “Free Shipping” is only first class mail via United States Postal Service (USPS). Paid shipping service is available via  Priority mail or Express mail (2 - Day) service. Your order will be shipped to either a post office box or physical street address.

NOTE: Express Mail no longer means over night or Two day.  In many areas it may require more than two days even if Express Mail is chosen.

To Canada: We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) International Priority mail or International Express mail only so that your orders are received timely and not held up due to customs regulations.

NOTE: Due to Canadian customs regulations, we can ONLY ship up to 12 bottles total per order in one package. If your order is over 12 bottles you risk seizure therefore orders over 12 bottles will be shipped in separate packages and you will be charged additional shipping per package.

Other International Shipments: We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) International Express Mail Only (time to clear customs may vary) *Please note International Priority Mail service is not available outside of Canada or the United States of America.

International Orders: We only ship complete orders. Your order will not ship until all items, including backorder items, are in stock and the order is complete. You will be notified by e-mail in advance of any unusual delay.


Before you place your order, please be aware of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. International duties and taxes may be charged by your country’s Postal Service or Customs Dept. Please check with your local Postal Service/Customs Dept. to see if any additional fees may be charged upon delivery. In most cases the fees can be more than the product cost. Any fees or duty taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to Ameriden due to an incorrect address error when the order was placed, refused upon delivery, or not allowed into the country by the local customs office. Ameriden reserves the right to charge the customer for any shipping charge(s) incurred upon return of order including a restocking charge. If the package is held by customs because the item(s) ordered are not allowed in your country or if the package is abandoned or destroyed there will be no credit given and no replacement of product to customer.


If an incomplete address is given, the customer will be notified via e-mail and the order will be shipped upon receipt of corrected ship to address. Please check your International Customs Laws before placing an order. Your local customs laws may not accept shipments of dietary supplements.


To prevent fraud, all international orders will be subject to additional verification at Ameriden’s discretion. You may receive an email from Ameriden requesting verification that you placed an order & accept the responsibility of possible taxes, duties, or tariffs upon delivery of your order. Ameriden reserves the right to refuse, accept and or process any order.


REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS IN THE U.S. OR INTERNATIONAL Refunds or Cancellation of any order prior to shipping will be refunded. If an international order is destroyed or seized, you will not receive a refund. If an item is returned to Ameriden due to customer refusal, incorrect shipping address, customs, or postal related issues, or for any other reason other than bad or non-consumable product and the product is received back in the same condition it was sent, your credit card will be credited for the product only; and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any additional shipping charges that are incurred. If the cost to return the product(s) to Ameriden is larger than the cost of the refund due, Ameriden will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. Additionally; if the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s).

Cancellation of any order prior to shipping will be refunded. Should you for whatever reason need to cancel your order, request a package intercept to change or reroute to another address after it has been shipped and is enroute to you, Ameriden will charge a $15.00 intercept/change of address fee to the credit card used for the order.

Sometimes it’s the small things! We don’t like to see packages returned just as you don’t like not receiving them. An “order bounce back" is a very frustrating experience. Ms. Joseph worked in the Cosmetic and Toiletries Industry for a short period as the Manufacturing Manager for Packaging Corporation of America. She received her B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University and her M.B.A. in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

Ms. Joseph is serving a second term as Chair of the USP Committee of Revision for Nutritional supplements, non-Botanical. She was recently elected to the Executive Committee of USP for the 2005- 2010 revision cycle. In this new role, she will participate in setting standards for both pharmaceuticals and nutritional products. She is also Course Director for the Center of Professional Advancement training industry professionals in the cGMP's for Dietary Supplements both in the US and abroad.

She is a charter member for the American Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the American Society of Quality. She is a member of the Counsel for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) Regulatory Affairs Committee, and serves on several the Scientific Advisory Boards, including the University of California, School of Pharmacy.

Ms. Joseph also serves as scientific advisor to Virgo Publishing Company; Tablet and Capsule trade journal and Nutritional Outlook magazine, and has authored a book chapter, "Regulation and Quality Issues Worldwide " for Regulation of Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals: A Global Perspective, published early this year.

Working with the CRN and other trade associations, Ms. Joseph played a key role in drafting the original GMP guidelines submitted to FDA for consideration in formulating the final rule. In 2005, she received the CRN's annual "Steuben Apple Award" for outstanding contributions to the industry.

She is one of the founders and past presidents of the Pacific Technology Exchange.
